From June 5–7, we gathered in Vienna for the Zone 21 Regional Team Learning Seminar, together with fellow coordinators, assistant coordinators, and senior leaders from across our Zone 21.
It was a wonderful opportunity to discuss our goals for the coming Rotary year, align priorities, and explore how we can work better together, not in a traditional “lecture-only” format, but in a truly interactive and facilitated learning atmosphere, with dialogue, exchange of experiences, and shared reflection.
When we create synergy across our roles, districts, and areas of focus, we can achieve far more together than any of us could accomplish individually.
The seminar was also a great opportunity to reconnect with friends, enjoy Rotary fellowship, and participate in the District Conference of our host district, meeting Rotarians from Austria and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and making new friendships along the way.
In the end, this is one of the most beautiful parts of Rotary: coming together with people who share values, energy, and commitment; and leaving with renewed motivation to serve better, collaborate more, and help make the world a better place.
