A charity event for fundraising to finance the local hospital
For the third year in a row the Rotary family in Stara Zagora, with the support of the Municipality of Stara Zagora, organized a colorful Easter celebration in the open air, which gathered young and old in support of the noble cause "Paint an egg, save a child's heart". The main driving force of the event was the Rotary Stara Zagora Satellite e-club, and with the active participation of Rotary Club Stara Zagora, Rotaract Club Stara Zagora, Interact Club Stara Zagora and Inner Will Club Stara Zagora. Various workshops and a charity bazaar were held during the celebration, through which 6 000 BGN were collected. The funds were used to purchase surgical equipment (2 operating tables, one cardiotocograph, 7 delivery sets and 3 operating scissors), which will be donated to the Maternity Ward of the University Hospital "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" - Stara Zagora. The souvenirs from the bazaar were made by the skillful hands of children.
