On December 1st, Bakırköy Rotaract Club carried out one of its cherished annual projects, the "Scarf of Love" event. This heartwarming initiative took place at the Istanbul Kocamustafapaşa Orphanage, where we shared a memorable day with the children.
As part of the project, we brought winter scarves for the children and decorated them together. The children unleashed their creativity, selecting their favorite embellishments and turning simple scarves into personalized works of art. The joyful atmosphere was filled with laughter, teamwork, and a sense of togetherness.
We were delighted to be joined by members of the Ulus Interact Club, who participated in decorating the scarves alongside us. This collaboration not only enhanced the event but also strengthened the bonds between Interact and Rotaract members.
The "Scarf of Love" project continues to be a reminder of the power of small acts of kindness and the joy of giving, especially during the winter months. We look forward to carrying this tradition forward in the years to come, spreading warmth and love wherever we can
