Within the framework of the cooperation protocol signed between Çağ University and Adana Koza Rotary Club, RC of Adana Koza organized the “18th Term Community Leaders Are Coming: Leaders on Campus” vision-building and leadership training seminars on November 26–27, 2024. The program commenced with opening remarks by Çağ University Rector Prof. Dr. Ünay Ay and RI 2430 District Governor Kerem Muradi. Students from the Faculties of Law, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Arts and Sciences, and the Vocational School participated in this educational event, equipping themselves with training to support their personal and professional development.

During the seminars and sessions, distinguished business professionals, educators, and experts—each a leading figure in their respective fields—volunteered as speakers. Their contributions aimed to foster the development of a new generation of leaders, inspire young minds, and provide students with broader and richer perspectives.

Additionally, three parallel sessions, held under the coordination of the Career Center on November 27, offered valuable training tailored to students from different faculties. At Adana Koza Rotary promotional booth, an information has been interacted and shared with numerous young attendees. The program was further enriched with performances by the Music Club of the University during lunch breaks.

Leadership training event was shared with the public through media coverage, appearing in nine local and one national newspaper articles.
