Rotary Is Looking for Tomorrow’s Leaders!
Rotary Is Looking for Tomorrow’s Leaders!
The RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) Seminar, jointly organized by the Rotary Club of Istanbul Barbaros Metropolitan and our Rotary Club of Kyrenia Liman, was held at Karpaz Vocational High School for final-year students.
The seminar was graciously hosted by the school’s Principal, Ms. Gaye Türker, and Administrative Officer, Ms. Letife Öğdü.
Following the opening remarks by Principal Ms. Gaye Türker and Hülya Gökoğlu, President of the Rotary Club of Kyrenia Liman, the programme continued with a full-day interactive seminar led by Professor Yıldız Özalp, a member of the Rotary Club of Istanbul Barbaros Metropolitan.
The students followed the seminar with great enthusiasm and keen interest. Through interactive discussions and shared experiences, they had the opportunity to gain new insights, discover their potential and further develop their leadership skills.
As Rotarians, we believe that tomorrow’s strong and inspiring leaders are among today’s young people. Supporting them in discovering their potential and pursuing their dreams is one of the most valuable investments we can make in the future.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Rotary Club of Istanbul Barbaros Metropolitan, Professor Yıldız Özalp, Almira Üzel, Nilgün Ateş and the administration of Karpaz Vocational High School, all the students who participated with such enthusiasm and interest.
