Demonstrating its steadfast commitment to social responsibility and community solidarity, the Rotary Club of Dionysos organized a relief initiative on Thursday, August 6, 2026, to support fellow citizens impacted by the recent wildfires.
An official delegation from the Club visited the central warehouse of the Hellenic Red Cross, located at 111-113 Astrous Street in Kolonos, Athens.
The representatives successfully delivered 12 bulk packages containing essential foodstuffs and emergency provisions, including milk, pasta, rice, and legumes.
This initiative reinforces the foundational mission of Rotary International to consistently stand by communities in times of crisis and provide immediate, meaningful aid to those in need.
