On December 19, RC Piraeus-East, in the context of public benefit action and through its member PAG Ilias Papageorgiou, visited the "Hadjipaterio" Foundation in Metamorfosi Attica and delivered as a donation, as we have committed to do every year, the ISO 9001-2015 certification concerning the Quality Management System which is necessary for the Foundation's proper operation.

The certificate was received on behalf of the Foundation by its President, Mr. Marinos Agiasmenos.

The delivery of the certificate was attended by, DGE Stefanos Anastasopoulos, RC President Thomas Tassios, RC Vice President Vasiliki Panagopoulou and President-elect Elias Papageorgiou.

The "Hadjipaterio" Foundation, which is a donation of the Hadjipatera family, currently serves 80 children who, due to immaturity / brain damage or other causes, have difficulties mainly in movement but often also in other areas, such as intelligence, speech, senses and thus in their adaptation to the environment.

The President of "Hadjipaterio" Foundation, Mr. Marinos Agiasmenos and the director Mrs. Georgia Polychronopoulou guided us to the facilities and informed us about the history of the Foundation and other needs that have arisen.

Our Rotary Club will be a supporter of the Foundation within its capabilities.
