On December 7, 2024, the Rotary 2420 District Galatasaray Rotary Club, the Rotaract 2420 District Galatasaray Rotaract Club, and the Rotary 2430 District Adana Koza Rotary Club organized a joint initiative at Değirmenyolu Primary School in the Defne province of Hatay. This event was held in collaboration with club members and aimed at engaging with students and their families.

During the event, primary school students were provided with educational sessions on eye and dental health, while 8th-grade students participated in a "Heal Your Life" program. Additionally, awareness was raised on the subject of emotional control. The parents were also informed about the importance of breast cancer awareness and the HPV vaccination.

Following the educational sessions, the students and participants engaged in various recreational activities in the school yard, including playing games, singing songs, and sharing local delicacies brought by the attendees.

This event, organized in the aftermath of the earthquake in Hatay, was a heartfelt effort to express solidarity and offer hope to the students. Through this initiative, we were able to bring smiles to the children's faces and provide a sense of encouragement in these challenging times.
