RC Iraklion continued this year its long-standing health contribution to primary health care and following approval of relative public administration of Crete and the cooperation with the Municipality of Viannos, took place a visit to the Medical Center of Viannos. The voluntary medical action referred to the free examination of patients by a team of doctors, members and friends of RC Iraklion. The patients examined were approximately one hundred and twenty. The participating doctors had the following specialties: were: Endocrinologist, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Pulmonologist, Otolaryngologist, Neurologist, Cardiologist, Urologis and General Surgeon. RC Iraklion thanks the doctors for their voluntary participation.
Themessage of this activity is that prevention saves lives and improves people's quality of life.
