The Rotary Club of Salmaniya in Bahrain, has started the year with a strong commitment to sustainable environmental living and supporting members of the disabled community.
Through the collective efforts of our members and partner institutions, we have successfully collected plastic waste and delivered it to the Bahrain Association for Parents and Friends of the Disabled. The recycled materials will be sold, and the proceeds will be used to purchase wheelchairs for people with physical disabilities.

This initiative not only promotes environmental responsibility but also creates a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need. RC Salmaniya is committed to continuing this project throughout the year and encouraging greater community participation.
