The "One Step Forward to Tomorrow with Youth-4" education program, in collaboration with Nilüfer Municipality Innovation Center, Heykel Rotary, and Beyoğlu Rotary, has been successfully completed with next-generation personal development training.
Through the training provided within the scope of the "Step Forward to Tomorrow with Youth-4" education program, which was held in cooperation with Nilüfer Municipality Innovation Center, Heykel Rotary, and Beyoğlu Rotary, young participants aged between 18-25 acquired new skills to better understand themselves, make decisions in their personal and professional lives, and implement them effectively.
The program, which took place online and face-to-face in January-February-March, consisted of a total of 16 hours, covering topics such as:
- Success in a Changing World
- Effective Communication Skills
- Managing Difficult Situations and Convincing Difficult People
- Personal Vision and Goal Achievement
- Mind and Body Harmony in the Face of Uncertainty
- Active Listening
- Teamwork
- The Art of Understanding Values and Each Other
With the final training session scheduled for March 16th, certificates will be presented to the group of 24 students by Nilüfer Mayor Turgay Erdem and representatives from Rotary District 2440.
This project has been a significant step in supporting the personal development of young individuals.
