Mindfulness is the ability to manage our attention impartially and kindly. It means being aware of our breath, body, feelings, emotions, thoughts and behaviors in daily life and being able to observe them gently without judgment.
In the relevant training, one of the benefits that Mindfulness will bring to our lives is that we will learn to see our behaviors more clearly. As our mindfulness skills improve, it becomes easier to see the habits that do not benefit us or the world and the triggers that remind us of them.
