The Sergeant at Arms of RC Dionysos, Elda Flegas, at the invitation of the President of Larissa Club Mr. Gregory Prezerakos, presented with great success on the occasion of the National Day of October 28th, a performance dedicated to Sophia Vembo: "The Woman Legend". The local authorities, Rotary Friends and a large number of spectators were present.
A similar event dedicated to Vembo, was also presented in Chalkida following relative invitation of the President of the Euboean Studies, Mrs. Vasiliki Thanos.
Present to the event were Mr. Spyros Bibilas President of the Greek Actors Association and Member of Parliament, Mr. Kostas Venetsanos, President of the Committee for Art and Speech at UNESCO and General Secretary of the Union of Greek Actors, representatives of the church, military authorities, local community, Rotarians and a large number of people.
