On October 5th, several members of the Rotary Club of Salmaniya spent a heartwarming day with children from the Down Syndrome Society at Cico’s Italian Restaurant, thanks to the generosity of Khalifa Al Zayani, who kindly sponsored the event.
The day was filled with joy, laughter, and creativity. The children first learned how to draw their pizzas, then had the wonderful experience of making their own. Each child received a thoughtful gift and proudly took home their freshly made pizza. And a big thank you to our Community Service Director, Seema Baqi, for organizing this special day.
It was a beautiful and memorable day that touched everyone’s hearts, reminding us how simple moments of inclusion and joy can create truly magical experiences.
