Faisal Abdulrahman Juma is a Bahraini entrepreneur and Rotary leader whose experience brings together business, technology, communication, leadership development and community service.
With a professional degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications, Faisal built his career within Bahrain’s entrepreneurial and industrial environment. He began in his family business, gaining practical experience across operations, client relationships and international partnerships, and later became involved in industrial automation and systems integration. He also founded a web development company, which he successfully grew and later sold.
Today, Faisal is a Director at UNEECO, one of Bahrain’s established companies in the electrical and industrial equipment sector. He also works with Prudent Solutions, an automation and control systems integration company serving process industries across the Middle East. His professional experience combines traditional industry with technology and entrepreneurship — a perspective that has also shaped the way he approaches Rotary.
Beyond his own businesses, Faisal is active in Bahrain’s wider professional community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bahrain, where he represents UNEECO, and is also involved with the Bahrain chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. His wider civic and professional engagement has included the French Chamber of Commerce and initiatives related to sustainability and international business cooperation.
Faisal’s Rotary journey with the Rotary Club of Salmaniya, District 2452, has included service as Club President in 2021–22, Club Secretary, Treasurer, Public Image Chair and Learning Facilitator. At district and country level, his work has increasingly focused on membership engagement, leadership development and communication. He served as Assistant Governor in 2025–26 and has played an active role in Rotary Leadership Institute programmes in Bahrain and across District 2452.
Public image has been another consistent part of his Rotary service. Faisal has led learning sessions on club communications, strategic planning and Rotary’s public image, including a country-wide Public Image seminar for Bahrain. His Rotary involvement has also extended to RYLA, membership development, the creation of new youth clubs and initiatives designed to make community projects more inclusive and accessible.
For Faisal, leadership is closely connected with participation. Whether in business, Rotary or professional networks, his experience reflects a belief that stronger organisations are built when people are given opportunities to contribute, develop their skills and take responsibility.
That combination of entrepreneurial thinking, communication and service allows him to bring a practical perspective to Rotary: connect people, create opportunities for them to grow, and turn good ideas into action that communities can see and experience.
