Florentina Dushi
As District Governor 2026–2027 of Rotary District 2485 Albania–Kosovo, Florentina is the first female and youngest District Governor in the district's history. She has led the development of strategic international projects and Rotary Global Grants that advance peacebuilding, youth leadership, education and scholarships, and the economic empowerment of women entrepreneurs, fostering sustainable impact through international collaboration.
Florentina is also a PhD candidate in Entrepreneurship and Innovativeness with over 20 years of international experience in leadership, human resources, entrepreneurship development, research, and organizational transformation. She has led internationally funded SME development projects, mentored future leaders, and continues to advance research in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.
